Thank you for your order! Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final. This policy outlines our process for addressing issues that may arise with your order.

• Please review your order carefully before placing it to ensure accuracy in item choice, design, and sizing. (each design has charts available to help with sizing, materials, and construction)
• We do not offer returns or exchanges for personal preference, buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or other subjective reasons. 

2. Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Items 
• We strive for the highest quality, but if your order arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, we want to make it right.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Required Information: To process your request, you must provide the following:
• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the damaged item or the incorrect item received.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Resolution: Upon verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Do not return the item unless instructed to do so.
